The National Multiple Sclerosis Society is the largest MS organization in the world that works to improve the lives of people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) and to find a cure for the disease. We fund research, provide support services and educational programs, and undertake advocacy efforts. Almost 1 million people are living with MS in the United States alone and over 8.6 million people engage with the Society each year.
